Beignets are my weakness. I leave for New Orleans the first week of February and I think I need to surprise my family this weekend with this recipe.

I love beignets! I’ve had the ones at Cafe du Monde in New Orleans and the ones at Downtown Disney District. I’ve never made them, but I pinned the recipe just in case.

Beignets look so good and New Orleans has so many great food items. I rarely bake but when I do this sweet treat may be on my list.
