Your local supermarket may be looking at lot like Arendelle!  Dole has released brand new Disney’s Frozen 2 banana stickers and pineapple tags featuring characters like Anna, Elsa, and Olaf.  Combining nutritious foods from Dole and the kid-appeal of cherished Disney characters makes magic for our families.

As a blogger, I love to share Disney-inspired recipes that allow families to bring the magic into their own kitchens.  As a mom, I’m trying my best to make sure my three daughters have a great foundation for life-long health. Is there a way to have FUN food that’s also NUTRITIOUS?

After a day spent with Dole, Disney, and some of my blogger friends, I’m gleefully thrilled to report YES!

Dole and Disney have been working together since 1976.  In just two years (2016-2018), Dole has provided 9 billion servings of fruits and veggies co-branded with Disney.  If they can do that, we can get our kids to eat the recommended 8-10 servings of fruits and veggies a day!

Together, Dole and Disney have seen the power our beloved characters have and are using that to get families to eat healthier.  Dole brings the healthier; Disney brings the fun.  How are they doing this? 

Dole kicked off the latest installment of Empowering the Hero Within, making it easy for parents like us to build excitement about healthier eating. With the upcoming release of Disney’s Frozen 2, Dole launched a new program featuring familiar characters like Anna, Elsa, Olaf, and Kristoff!  Look for the 20 brand-new DOLE® Banana stickers and DOLE® Pineapple tags featuring Disney’s Frozen 2 characters in stores now throughout supermarkets in the U.S. and Canada.

It’s part of both companies’ ongoing efforts to create healthier communities.  I love hearing that for 160 years, Dole has focused on quality. Not only does that mean the yummiest fruits and veggies, they’re also using this quality-focused position to include nutrition and farming in an environmentally conscious way.

I’ll be sharing tons of Disney’s Frozen 2-inspired recipes from Dole soon!  This cauliflower pizza inspired by Frozen 2 was so simple and LOADED with yummy veggies like cauliflower, spinach, and sunburst tomatoes. The Dole Snow-flower Pizza is a great hands-on way for little princes and princesses to help out in the kitchen.
