I just LOVE these! Better yet, my granddaughters will freak out when I make them…. I usually make them each a doll cake (a barbie inside and dress all dolled up with icing/fondant, etc.) Might try this just for fun though. Thanks for the recipe!

Both of my nieces are going through the unicorn phase so I know they would love these cupcakes. They are so fun and colorful and really embody that unicorn magic.

If I made these I’d be shouting from the rooftops. They look so fancy and honestly don’t sound like that much work. My son loves watching cupcakes decorating videos on YouTube. Maybe I’ll try something similar in more “boy” colors for his birthday.
